Council Bylaws

Bylaws update as of 9/21/11:  PTA Council of Frederick Council updated bylaws have been approved by Maryland PTA.  We just got our signed copy back and are currently working to get them online for you to see.  The link below will take you to our Bylaws that were approved in 2008.  Please check back for the latest version.
