General Meetings are held at Monocacy Middle School from 7-9 p.m. except as noted for September and May when we have receptions beginning at 6:30 p.m. All are welcome. Council Board of Directors Meetings are held at the BOE Offices, 115 E. Church St.; 7-9 p.m. Voting members of the PTA Council are: all Board of Directors members and 4 representatives from each local: principal (or alternate), PTA President (or alternate) and two Council delegates (or alternates).
