Meeting Information
The Council general membership meeting dates and times are listed in our Handbook/Directory (given out to all local unit officers) and on this website, under News & Events. We also make every effort to send out a reminder to all local unit Presidents, at least one week prior to the meeting date. In general, Council meetings and programs are scheduled for the fourth Monday of the month. Please consult the current year calendar for specific dates. The Council requests that local units schedule their meetings as follows to avoid conflicts for families with students in more than one school:
- Elementary: first week of the month
- Middle: second week of the month
- High: third week of the month
The fourth week of the month may be used for extra meetings, etc., but please try to avoid scheduling meetings on the same night as a Council meeting.
